This system enables users to make direct reservations free of charge, with immediate confirmation and at continually-updated special HRS prices. Room prices quoted for chosen hotels are guaranteed for the reservation in question.

Venere enables direct contact between you and property owners in order to find your perfect accommodation solutions throughout Europe and the world.

Making a booking is easy! Browse web pages, check availability and prices and then register yourself as a Venere user in order to send your request. Once registered, you can use your personal login and password to make other reservations and to check and modify bookings. Credit card details are sent in complete safety via a secure server and payment is made directly with the property on arrival. Cancellation policies are communicated to you before you send your credit card details, providing maximum peace of mind.

Once a reservation request has been sent, the property owner will respond via email. Property owners should send an answer within 36 hours of receiving the reservation request. Reservations can be modified or cancelled at any moment (within the boundaries of the cancellation policies as mentioned above)
